- WD/Seagate HDD: 2–3 years
CCTVproof does not influence manufacturer decisions.
6.2 Installation (Workmanship) Warranty
We provide 30–90 days installation workmanship warranty covering:
- Loose connectors
- Minor alignment issues
- Cable-end finishing
6.3 Warranty Exclusions
Warranty is void under:
- Water or physical damage
- Electrical surges / lightning
- Rodent damage
- Third-party repairs
- Customer tampering
- WiFi/router/ISP issues
- Password forgotten
- Full storage or overwritten footage
CCTVproof is not responsible for data/footage loss.
6.4 Post-Warranty Service
All repairs after warranty are chargeable based on:

- Materials replaced
- Distance travelled
